Conference registration

 

Here regular participants and students may register for the conference, make a hotel booking and payment. Exhibitors may order their stand, make a hotel booking and payment. We also would like invited speakers, committe members and staff to register here.

Early registration fee: before 15th March 2009

Please register according to the category you will attend the conference.

Registration when coming to the congress:
 
The registration takes place at the Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel.
All have to register when arriving to have congress information and badge!

  • Wednesday July 8 08.00 - 19.00
  • Thursday July 9 08.00 - 19.00
  • Friday July 10 08.00 - 17.00
All congres materials and documentation are available at the registration desk. On-site registration/payment and material collection will be possible during opening hours.
 
Name badges

All participants will be issued with name badges which must be born during the Congress to facilitate identification and to allow admission to the sessions. Name badges are not transferable under any circumstances and only badge holders will be admitted to the sessions. Lost name badges can be replaced at the registration desk at a fee of NOK 750.-.
