Exhibition, advertising and sponsors

The exhibition will be held at Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel.

Stand fee
The stand fee is NOK 18.000,- + 25% VAT per stand. Stands are 2 meter deep and 3 meters wide. Fee includes 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 electrical outlet and 3 exhibitor badges per stands. Exhibitors are free to order as many stands as required.

Exhibitor badges
3 exhibitor badges are included per stand. 
Additional exhibitor badges can be ordered for NOK 250 per badge.
 

The exhibitor badges give access to the exhibition area and scientific program.

Exhibition registration/help desk
The exhibition registration/help desk will be available at the registration counter in Radissson SAS Hotel during set-up, the entire exhibition periode and break-down.
