| All participants should fill in the web based on-line registration form. All reservations including hotel and social programme should be made on the same electronic registration form. Events included in the registration fee should also be marked on the registration form. Each delegate must use a separate form. Accompanying persons are to be registered on the same form as the delegate. Cancellation |
| Any cancellation should be made in writing to Thue & Selvaag Forum AS, P.O.Box 14, N-2601 Lillehammer, Norway, email: ecp2009@tsforum.no Please note that for organizational reasons refunds will not be issued until the congress has ended. Neither the organizers nor the congress office can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations. Registration fees are refundable with a deduction of NOK 750 for adminstrative expenses provided that the participation is cancelled by April 30, 2009. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received from May 1, 2009. There will be no refunds for no-shows. The same cancellation procedures applies for accommodation and/or other items |
