All applications must be made on the official web registration.
Exhibitors/booth personnel who would like to participate in the scientific program or social event, please register at the regular fees.

Exhibition registration / help desk
The exhibition registration / help desk will be available at the registration counter in the Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel during build up, during the entire exhibition period and during dismantling.

Exhibition space area
The exhibition space area will be measured and marked with the booth number. Stands are 2 meters deep and 3 meters wide. The stand rental includes:
* Net stand area
* 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 electrical outlet
* 3 exhibitor badges
* Listing of company's name in the list of exhibitors on the congress website

Additional exhibitor badges can be ordered for NOK 250 pr. badge.
The exhibitor badges give access to the exhibition area and the scientific program.
 

Allocations of and alterations to stand locations
Details of final space allocations shall be communicated in writing to the exhibitor. TSForum is responsible for allocating space on the basis of the subject and layout of the exhibition and the facilities available.

TSForum shall notify the exhibitor immediately of the need to make alterations and to allocate him wherever possible an equivalent stand. In the event of an alteration to the stand rental, the exhibitor shall be reimbursed or invoiced for the additional amount, as the case may be. The exhibitor may not exchange the stand site allocated to him with other exhibitors or transfer it in full or part to a third party whtout the consent of TSForum. 
 

Postponement or cancellation of the exhibition
If there are compelling reasons without its control, TSForum has the right to postpone, shorten, extend, close temporarily or fully or cancel the exhibition.
 
Stand assembly and design
In taking over the stand area, the exhibitor implies acceptance of existing circumstances. The stand must be constructed in such a way as to comply with the building, fire and other public safety ordinances as well as the in-house rules and regulations and exhibition of the exhibition area in the hotel. The exhibitor is required to comply with any technical instructions issued to him.
 
Shipment to Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel
The hotel cannot assist in clearing any shipment from outside of Norway through customs or back from the hotel. All these arrangements must be made in advance in the country of origin. The best way is to arrange for a Carne to follow the shipment, or ask your local shipping agent for advice.

Access to the exhibition area at 1st and 2nd floor using lifts

Shipments brought to the hotel's loading area can not be larger than:
   0.9 metres wide, 1.9 meters high and 2 metres long

Larger shipments must be brought through the hotel's main conference room prior to the event, but not larger then:
   1.9 meters wide and 2 metres high - no limit on the length

Please note that there is no loading dock at this area, so you will need a fork-lift (must be ordered in advance) or a lift at the back of the truck to load you equipment.
 

Storage
Please note that it is not possible to store equipment inside the Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel.

Catering
Norwegian law prohibits guests and exhibitors to bring and serve food or beverage that is not purchased through the hotel. In accordance with the rules of the Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel's exhibition venue, all food and beverage must be purchased from the hotel. 

The exhibitors may however bring their own espresso machines etc. and serve their own coffee at the stand. A "cork fee" must be paid to the hotel. 

If the exhibitors wishes to serve wine, beer etc. from their stand, the hotel accepts this as long as a cork fee is paid to the hotel. 

Please place your order of food and beverage as well as information of coffee machines or other type of equipment in the Catering order form which is available at the website.  
 

Internet
Free internet access at the Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel. 
 
Environment
Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel is Eco-labelled and focuses on the environment. There will therefore be a charge for any materials left at the hotel that have to be recycled. We strongly urge all exhibitors to consider the amount of paper, or other waste, they bring to the congress.
 
Setup and Dismantling of stands
Date and time for setup and dismantling; see information regarding Exhibition hours.
Exhibits which are not removed by the end of the dismantling period will be removed at the exhibitor's expense and risk. The costs of transporting and destroying stand constructions and packaging material and similar shall likewise be charged to the exhibitor. Repair of damage to the exhibition rooms shall be charged to the exhibitor.
 
Security
The hotel is responsible for general surveillance inside the hotel area.
 
Cleaning
The hotel is responsible for ensuring that the exhibition area is cleaned once a day. The exhibitor is required to keep its own stand clean during exhibition opening hours. TSForum assumes no responsibility for cleaning.
 
Insurance
The insurance cover does not include the risks of individual exhibitors. Exhibitors are required to take out adequate insurance cover of their own. They must, in particular, arrange liability insurance to cover injury to persons or property occurring in connection with the exhibition. Exhibitors are recommended to take out additional insurance against loss or damage to exhibits during the exhibition and transport.
