| Exhibition space area The exhibition space area will be measured and marked with the booth number. Stands are 2 meters deep and 3 meters wide. The stand rental includes: * Net stand area * 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 electrical outlet * 3 exhibitor badges * Listing of company's name in the list of exhibitors on the congress website Additional exhibitor badges can be ordered for NOK 250 pr. badge. The exhibitor badges give access to the exhibition area and the scientific program. |
| Allocations of and alterations to stand locations |
| Postponement or cancellation of the exhibition If there are compelling reasons without its control, TSForum has the right to postpone, shorten, extend, close temporarily or fully or cancel the exhibition. |
| Stand assembly and design In taking over the stand area, the exhibitor implies acceptance of existing circumstances. The stand must be constructed in such a way as to comply with the building, fire and other public safety ordinances as well as the in-house rules and regulations and exhibition of the exhibition area in the hotel. The exhibitor is required to comply with any technical instructions issued to him. |
| Shipment to Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel The hotel cannot assist in clearing any shipment from outside of Norway through customs or back from the hotel. All these arrangements must be made in advance in the country of origin. The best way is to arrange for a Carne to follow the shipment, or ask your local shipping agent for advice. | Environment Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel is Eco-labelled and focuses on the environment. There will therefore be a charge for any materials left at the hotel that have to be recycled. We strongly urge all exhibitors to consider the amount of paper, or other waste, they bring to the congress. |
| Setup and Dismantling of stands Date and time for setup and dismantling; see information regarding Exhibition hours. Exhibits which are not removed by the end of the dismantling period will be removed at the exhibitor's expense and risk. The costs of transporting and destroying stand constructions and packaging material and similar shall likewise be charged to the exhibitor. Repair of damage to the exhibition rooms shall be charged to the exhibitor. |
| Security The hotel is responsible for general surveillance inside the hotel area. |
| Cleaning The hotel is responsible for ensuring that the exhibition area is cleaned once a day. The exhibitor is required to keep its own stand clean during exhibition opening hours. TSForum assumes no responsibility for cleaning. |
| Insurance The insurance cover does not include the risks of individual exhibitors. Exhibitors are required to take out adequate insurance cover of their own. They must, in particular, arrange liability insurance to cover injury to persons or property occurring in connection with the exhibition. Exhibitors are recommended to take out additional insurance against loss or damage to exhibits during the exhibition and transport. |
